Anybody who has tried dieting or been on a weight loss regiment knows that shedding those extra pounds can be quite difficult. Luckily, you don't have to stick with whatever products they're trying to sell you on TV. Moringa Oleifera, also known as the drumstick tree due to its appearance, is a plant most commonly found in India.
