You go to the gym, take your supplements, do your workout, take even more supplements, leave, and maybe even load your body with more supplements when you get home. If you are someonewho frequents the gym, or an aspiring athlete, this routine probably sounds all too familiar. Something else that will probably be familiar is the horrible side effects from the store bought pills and drink mixes you bought. Now, what if I told you there was a way to workout normally and take your favorite supplements with little to no side effects? Luckily, there are multiple natural products you can use to get ripped and feel good doing it.

Side Effects of Workout Supplements
Creatine, testosterone boosters, pre-workout supplements, fat burners, all are associated with some pretty nasty side effects. What I'm talking about, of course, is stomach cramps, muscle cramps, nausea, diarrhea, weight gain, kidney stress, and dehydration. Not something you'd want, right? And, by far, the worst part of workout supplements is they only have short term effects. Sure, you want that extra boost in energy and focus, but that's not going to last forever. You want something that will help you be healthy, fit, and energetic in the long run, right?
Basic Workout Enhancers
Most, if not all, gym buffs rely solely on their workout supplements, get little to no results, and then wonder why nothing is changing. Some even invest huge amounts of money into different supplements in hopes that they can force their body into becoming what they want it to be. The thing that all of us, including myself, are forgetting is that we are humans, and our bodies have basic needs that need to be met if we want to be healthy and fit.
1. Get enough sleep
2. Drink a good amount of water
3. Exercise on a regular basis
4. Eat high quality (natural/organic) foods, but eat them in moderation
5. Don't load your body with junk or processed foods
6. Don't stay indoors, get out in the sun
By giving your body these basic needs, you will, for sure, notice a large improvement in yourself and your workout regiment.

What Other Methods Can I Use?
Fantastic question, I'm glad you asked. Well, I'd say stop relying on all of your supplements. Why? Because they aren't needed to have a fantastic workout and get buff. However, if you feel like you absolutley need a boost, don't go to your local GNC and buy whatever you would normally load up on. instead, try natural and herbal supplements. One of which I would recommend is Moringa Oleifera. It's a nifty little plant that comes in many forms. You can get it as a drink mix, as a pre-workout, in pill form, whatever you want! And the best part is, you get the same results as your high dollar supplements, but with the added benefit of improving your body's health. Moringa is rich in antioxidants, can lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, reduce inflammation, and it's extremely nutritious! However, if you don't like Moringa and wish to look into something else, most natural supplements can and most likely will have the same effects, and will save your body, and your wallet, in the long run.

In Summary

Most workout supplements in use today may be highly regarded, but come with a price. Do your body a favor and try and stay away from anything other than maybe a protein powder and caffeine. In the long run, you will not be able to accomplish your goal of a fit, healthy, and sexy body by relying on your supplements.
